When Gilbert first showed up, it was at a time when it really did seem like lawsuit (a legit lawsuit, not one like what Gilbert did) might be worth a shot. So it's not hard to understand why, for a short time, what Gilbert was promising was very appealing to many even though there were plenty of red flags right from the start.

But then we saw what he filed, we saw the judge's scathing remarks, a new filing that didn't respond at all to what the judge said, claims that the new filing was written *before* the judge's comments because G was playing multi-dimensional chess and the judge didn't understand what was going on, claims about "winning" when it was clearly not true, the bizarre videos, the even more bizarre things about the planet Nibiru and his plan for a fleet of blimps in outer space with magnetic beams, ...
