I'm guessing the House stenographer sees everything that goes on and knows that FreeMasons have a disproportionately large amount of power & influence in our government and society.

She sounds like she is Christian, but as a democrat is also against the Constitution.

It could be a 'false-flag' type of psy-op to make conspiracy theorists look nuts, while at the same time trying to get these same conspiracy theorists to doubt the intentions of our Founders and the Constitution.

In that case I'm not biting. But we do know the Masons do have a tremendous amount of power behind the scenes, and there is a plethora of evidence showing they are not allied or aligned with the G-d of the Bible, or His Son Jesus Christ.
