First of all, I agree that the TSA security measures are ridiculous and invasive and unconstitutional.
So let's get that out of the way.
But there is a difference between a document saying there is a low incidence of something happening, and an "admission," quiet or otherwise, that the TSA has some other motive for their actions.
I do think there are other motives, like enriching the company that sells the machines, like increasing govt control, etc., but I don't see the govt admitting to anything.
