Harsh. Can't you at least toss him an up-vote for the humor and entertainment value?

And let's see your rebuttal. His argument, as you can see from the drawings, is that because a ship is used for transporting stuff, and a name is used to identify stuff, registering a ship is like having your name in capital letters on a car title, and therefore subject to regulations like ships. This is why the office a judge holds is called a judgeship. Discuss.
