That legislation might not be legally binding, but it's a step in the right direction. Still, I *wholeheartedly* agree that we need to address the problem at its core. It was years ago already from Kalle Lasn's book Culture Jam that I learned about the USSC case Santa Clara County v. The Southern Pacific Railroad - a sidebar comment that somehow ended up becoming the law of the land. Thanks for the link, "Corporate Personhood and the 14th Amendment." It does a good job explaining it.
