If someone pushes you off a boat who is the judge?

Where would court be held? Why are there jail cells on ships?

If the Captain of the vessel mandates that all passengers need have written permission slips from the Captain to walk down his passageways, is that a lawful order under Admiralty Law? And if you are caught walking down his passageways does he have power to throw you into jail? Afterall, you agreed to board his vessel, and have willingly subjected yourself to his jurisdiction, correct?

He is literally a dictator aboard his vessel.

As I've already proven as fact, the founders said that he(the British Monarch) had extended Admiralty Law beyond its ancient limits, and onto the land. How exactly was that accomplished by King George?
