can't accept that maybe your logic is flawed. The questions being asked are about sections of the constitution that seem to contradict your opinion about state income tax.

Just answer one question

How can states lay and collect any taxes when that power has been specifically delegated to Congress in the first sentence of Article 1 Section 8? Don't add in words that aren't there as you did before. Take the text as written.

Do you really think states would deny themselves the ability to collect taxes to fund the state government?

I want the income tax gone as much as anybody but this is not a strong argument.
