particularly the public statement made by the judge. I'd love to hear what Thane Rosenbaum would have to say about this case. Specifically covered is the issue of settlements, such as in Judge Coker's case, what's allowing this violator of citizens' rights to make the arrogant statement she did, saying the Judicial Commission made no judgment of guilt and nor did she ever admit to any fault: it was a "voluntary resignation."
