You know it's always difficult when you have someone who wants to 'make a point' vs move the project forward.
But I see a variety of ways to avoid that kind of head butting.
i.e. Maybe a trial period where the prospect gets to test drive River Stone and River Stone gets to audition the prospect.
When I was in my 20's I worked and lived at a private boarding school. We found out real fast who the loonies were and who the gems were.
Close community living is a little more intense like that.
So people have the freedom to try it out. If it's not mutually beneficial we part ways - no harm done - no hard feelings.
