twenties but we were given a lot of autonomy combined with daily 30 minute staff meetings. That formula helped us develop into leaders with an 'ownership' mentality. We had a lot of freedom to create but it was guided by a senior staff member. So we didn't blow up too many bridges.
It also kept us in communication with each other so we didn't build up resentments. We had competitions between our respective student groups but it was friendly. We saw the big picture.
