A government that can punitively tax you to do as they wish is an all powerful government. I don't believe all powerful government is constitutional.

You seem to place a lot of weight on a bizarre last second flip by one justice who didn't even have time to properly edit out the decision he had already written taking the opposite position.

John Roberts has been compromised. His betrayal doesn't determine what is or is not constitutional.
