No income, sales or property tax in NH

That's true for 20 communities. In the rest of NH, the people in the individual towns tend to vote on property taxes and there are 100s of towns. Also, it's the only state without adult seat belt laws, auto insurance requirements, learner's permits taxes and you don't even need a driver's license to drive. It's 1 of 3 states without motorcycle helmet laws. It has perhaps the least bad gun laws in the nation. As for taxes, see this. New Hampshire doesn't have use taxes, service taxes, estate taxes, candy taxes, inheritance taxes, internet taxes, gambling taxes, luxury taxes, bottled water taxes, soda taxes, water collection taxes, inventory taxes, personal property taxes, camping taxes, a general sales tax (statewide or local), an income tax on wages (statewide or local), liquor taxes, cigar taxes or a bottle deposit fee. Overall, New Hampshire has 1 of the lowest tax burdens of any state.

Of course, the best thing going for New Hampshire is the Free State Project. Because of it, New Hampshire is the only state where there is anything close to a plan to actually shrink the size of the government and increase freedom. Everywhere else, people are running around like chickens with their heads cut off.
