Back in 2010 we had legalization on the ballot in CA, and a big battle took off between pro-and anti-legalization. It was a brutal battle, decriminalization won.. http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/California_Proposition_19,_the_Marijuana_Legalization_Initiative_(2010)
so of course they want it back on the ballot.
It seems to some of us, that once the government begins taxing, they continue to make more laws and regulations, just look at tobacco.
