Something else to gently convey

Poor people that really need food stamps often don't have a lot of left over time but if they were able to buy grains and beans themselves, mill the grains, bake better food products, extend purchasing power, they could do better on the assistance they receive.

Education, as always is gonna be key. And as food insecurity widens and deepens, economy of scale becomes more important. In short what everybody who cooks knows, it's easier to cook for a family than it is for just you. It's more efficient to feed groups than individuals.

Ah curse this fated universe for it's laws of economy and building this incipient collectivist food trip into us!
