How do you sue a company that offers a service in your state but is from another state? Are you seriously asking the question or just on a rant? Think about that just a little bit when it comes to anything you buy from out of state.
If you are serious about wanting to alleviate your ignorance, the lawsuit can be brought in the company's home state or in your state "where they are doing business". As with all disputes: you argue the points to the judge to try to get it your way.
The bigger issue here is why someone at the DailyPaul is calling people out as sheep for NOT relying upon a government Insurance oversight to save you from your choice.
THE INSURANCE COMPANIES YOU ARE SPEWING AGAINST ARE ALREADY UNDER THE OVERSIGHT OF YOUR STATE INSURANCE OFFICE... baaaaaaaaaaa
Oh, and the ACA was not voted for by a Republican. Dems own this one.
