I disagree with Mr. Kokesh: the federal scope of governance is one of many viable encompassments: federal (nation) / state / county / township / estate / domicile (home) / self

The larger issue is whether such apparatuses use principled ethics and just laws (for example, states impose unprincipled automobile insurance mandates commonly).

Otherwise if states want to freely conjoin and tackle a sizable foe, there is nothing wrong with that; conversely if entities want to divide and settle matters more intimately, that should be dutifully recognized also
