Again the problem isn't religion.

The problem is the government school. If this was a private school, as all schools should be, then this wouldn't matter. Just as it wouldn't matter if some Satan school was doing whatever they do. Of course

"We are free to do as we please when we please and the federal government has no right whatsoever to deny anyone that freedom."

Correct we are free to do as we please, but not if you have to use force to do it. That government funded school forced someone else to pay for it.

In all respects I believe that the Separation of Church and State should really only apply to not restrict any Religion, or to promote any specific religion with the use of government.
