when it's a statue of Jesus or a nativity scene for Xmas?

I don't consider the purple statue art. It's a prop and it's being employed to hurt people, specifically his ex and her new partner, and he doesn't give a damn about the neighborhood.. so why should anyone think that in the name of freedom of speach or expression that this offensive act is a right?

Now if the man employed the purple prop as representing himself who he worshipped, I don't believe the statue would be offensive at all.. but as it is, he is using it to hurt people, and I do not consider that art, or taste, but an act with intent to cause injury.
