Outrage fatigues us all.

Besides which, anger in general is toxic, and will kill you much earlier than necessary. So chill.

But that's just "outrage." Quiet (or vocal) indignation is another matter altogether, and I remain indignant, as is shown in my top sig line. Shouting my rage at the NSA makes me hoarse and compounds my sense of frustration. Needling them is ultimately more satisfying, because it goes on and on and adds up, while outrage tends to burn itself out.
