Isn't there something Fishy about passing the Bar

I've heard someone explain that in order for attorneys to practice law, they must ?pledge? or completely agree to uphold a legal stance that goes against constitutionality.

If this is true, then it would make sense that most attorneys are probably not aware of other ways people can legally defend themselves.

Since I'm sketchy on this, it would require more research to correctly say what I'm trying to pass on.
