The funding rules change can be evaluated by

what it does for the interests of ALEC. If it is good for them, it's bad for us.

It sounds directed at environmental groups, which is not good. They are not organized enough to be effective, but they are working to stop some heinous corporate exploitation.

Can we stop doing all the things we are doing that we do not want to do while still doing what we need to do?
