I think you will find it is cost prohibitive to be a bad person

relative to government run environment.

The comparison is key. Of course things wont be magically perfect in a voluntary world, but we are not competing against perfection.. We are competing against this cesspool of corruption and immorality of powerful politicians.

The essence of evil comes from being protected from the costs.

So a Jamie Dimon might be able to commit fraud and steal billions from people, but he is protected by a government.

If a private insurance agency was found to protect bad people, then customers could walk away. Unlike government being their customer is forced upon you.

Will it be perfect with no bribery? Of course not, but it will be better than the current system.

If you compare how a society will work for a given group of humans at all levels, from violent psychopaths, to jesus like perfectly moral humans, I always think society will be better off without the widespread belief that it is acceptable to have one group rule over another.
