No, that is force.

You are claiming that forced and coerced are synonymous and that simply is not the case. There is a distinction.

Force requires a threat to life and/or liberty. Coercion does not.

The state is the only entity that can legally apply force.

Private industry can legally apply coercion as long as the state does not explicitly prohibit the type that is trying to be applied.

You are working off different definitions than either myself or the author so we are obviously not going to agree.
