You simply replace the minerals you sweat O.o
Not that hard. Do the research.
Don't think 1 generic multi vitamin will do it.
Consume at least twice the daily allowance you see on labels.
Stay away from fluoride O.O!
View eating as building block consumption not recreation.
Not that hard, use your brain :D
