So what! It ain't over until the fat lady sings at SCOTUS

This judge is in the minor leagues and his decision doesn't mean anything. It doesn't hinder the Feds ultimate goal of total domination of America by the United States. When it gets to SCOTUS is when the game is decided.

Lately SCOTUS hasn't been too keen on enforcing the Constitution in favor of the individual citizen. SCOTUS decisions have protected executive powers and continue the slide down the slippery slope to American serfdom.

SCOTUS has been the enemy of the Constitution. The only real impediment to the final takeover by the President is the armed citizen and the second amendment. It is next to be nullified, probably by the UN Small Arms Treaty which will soon be the law of the land.

"The authors, Robert Levy, of the Cato Institute, and William Mellor, of
the Institute of Justice, have chosen twelve Supreme Court cases they
believe "changed the course of American history".

The book is not written solely for lawyers. In fact, it is written for the citizen
concerned with the expansion of government at the expense of individual

The tragedy of this book is that it will be read by so few people when it should be read by every citizen, regardless of political persuasion, who is concerned the fate of the United States. "

One last protection we still enjoy is jury nullification of unconstitutional and wrongful laws prosecuted in federal courts. Fully Informed Jury guidelines are found at . This is where you'll find out how to strangle the monster while we still can and turn the totalitarian tide.

What can happen when a government becomes physically hostile to the people. Find out about the Battle of Athens, /tenn, in 1946 at

What did the Deacons for Defense and Justice do about the Klan? They armed themselves. <>

"In 1966, King was convinced to allow Deacons to provide security for
the March Against Fear from Memphis to Jackson, Miss. In his book The Deacons for Defense: Armed Resistance and the Civil Rights Movement,

Southern Institution for Education and Research Executive Director
Lance Hill wrote that Deacons helped diffuse a potentially violent
situation at a Jonesboro high school. When picketing black students had fire hoses turned on them, DDJ members began loading shotguns in view of police officers stationed at the school. Officers responded by turning away the fire trucks."

It only takes one to KEEP AMERICANS FREE. Know your duties & rights as a juror. Stop the unconstitutional conviction of innocents in federal custody. The Fully Informed Jury CALL 1-800-TEL-JURY IMMEDIATELY if not sooner. It's that important.
