Semantic shift

You are equivocating word anarchy. It is now clear you think of anarchy as chaos. That is not the anarchy I speak of. Especially if you use Egypt as an example. Nothing about Egypt resembled anarchy.

I'd also differ with your description of the American rebellion. I don't see the Articles of Confederation as anarchy, and most state citizens were not wanting the CC / the reorganization of the national government. That was a few federalist visionaries stirring coop. Also, I doubt the common folk threw out law and order.

Further, an informed empathetic populace will never tolerate the yoke weather it be from the state, the church or marauders. Tyranny can only get a toe hold amongst the ignorant and apathetic sleep walking masses. The absence of the state would necessitate vigilance and empathy.
