  1. The Roots of Disease: Connecting Dentistry and Medicine - By Robert Kulacz, DDS & Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD
"The Roots of Disease: Connecting Dentistry and Medicine represents the collaborative efforts of a dental surgeon, Dr. Robert Kulacz, and a cardiologist, Dr. Thomas Levy. For almost a decade now, these two health care professionals have had the opportunity to directly observe the enormous negative impact that infective dental toxicity has had on the health of many patients. Drs. Kulacz and Levy have also found that the removal of, and complete healing of, sites of infective dental toxicity can often result in seemingly near-miraculous improvement in many of the patients so treated. At the very least, substantial improvements in the clinical conditions and abnormal laboratory profiles of many patients so treated have been observed very frequently by the authors." 2. Root Canal Cover Up - By George E. Meinig, DDS, FACD (
“Bacteria trapped inside the structure of teeth migrate throughout the body. They may infect any organ, gland, or tissue and can damage the heart, kidneys, joints, eyes, brain, and endanger pregnant women. Learn how these infections were discovered by Weston A. Price, DDS in a 25 year Root Canal Research Program which was carried out under the auspices of the American Dental Association, and were subsequently covered-up.”
    • "The 3 1/2 Year Success of Root Canal Cover-Up" - Article by George E. Meinig, DDS, FACD - “Dr. Meinig's Root Canal Cover-Up describes the extensive and meticulous root canal research of Dr. Weston A. Price, carried out over a period of 25 years. Originally published in two massive volumes, totaling 1174 pages, Price's work remained unknown to the world until Dr. Meinig's Root Canal Cover-Up translated Price's scientific findings into layman's terms. The following report describes Price's findings on root canals, and details Dr. Meinig's efforts to make them known to the public.”
  3. IT’S ALL IN YOUR HEAD: The Link Between Mercury Amalgams and Illness - By Hal A. Huggins, DDS, MS (
“Dentist Huggins has led the fight to alert the public and health professionals to the dangers of using mercury in the amalgams used to fill teeth. Here he describes his battle with the American Dental Association and the results of his research studies. After explaining mercury toxicity, he describes such conditions as neurological and immunological diseases that can result from this toxicity. His discussion also includes the diagnosis of mercury toxicity and the pros and cons of having mercury amalgam fillings removed. He indicates that there are often no definitive answers in the diagnostic process and that the final proof of mercury toxicity is whether the patient feels better when mercury fillings are removed. A useful if very detailed look at a continuing health controversy. Karen Graves”
  4. Uninformed Consent : The Hidden Dangers in Dental Care - By Hal A. Huggins, DDS, MS & Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD (
"Dr. Huggins and Dr. Levy assert that a large number of disorders are, though often incurable, easily preventable. He proposes that multiple sclerosis, lupus, leukemia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson's disease, many mental disorders including Alzheimer's, and even major diseases like breast cancer are caused, in part, by the toxins we place in our bodies. Where do these toxins come from and how do they get into our bodies? You my be surprised to find that you have actually paid to have them put there. These dangerous materials--mercury, cadmium, beryllium, nickel, and others--are used in everyday dentistry to make up the fillings, root canals, and bridgework in our mouths, and are supposed to be "safe." But are they?
Uninformed Consent presents cases of toxic poisoning--of depressed immune systems and inexplicable illnesses--to toxins entering the bloodstream from the heavy metals in dental materials. The authors also discuss the hidden truths that the dental industry in America doesn't want to talk about, and the real reasons the dangers of these materials have been suppressed and ignored."
  5. Beyond Amalgam: The Hidden Health Hazard Posed by Jawbone Cavitations, Second Edition - By Susan Stockton
"This short, succinct, personal account, information-packed book is the only book solely on this subject, osteonecrosis in the jaw." (A-B--B-A)
"A cavitation is not a cavity in a tooth. It is a hole in the jawbone. + Read about how this common, but infrequently diagnosed condition develops. + Learn how it can cause and perpetuate virtually any disorder in the body. + Find out how you can identify, prevent and correct it. The author draws upon her own personal experience, as well as obscure, but vital important scientific research overlooked by the medical and dental professions, to warn the reader about this hidden health hazard which silently affects the majority of us." 6. Solving the MS Mystery: Help, Hope and Recovery - By Hal A. Huggins, DDS, MS
"If, unfortunately, you have Multiple sclerosis, or if you know someone who does, this definitive work in the field of autoimmune diseases, Solving the MS Mystery, will be just what you have been looking for. Hal A. Huggins DDS, MS, had promised that, after treating 1000 MS patients, he would write a book detailing the Protocol that has worked to reverse autoimmune diseases. This is that book.
If you are frustrated and discouraged from hearing that there is nothing but pharmaceutical drugs you can take or you are exhausted from trying strange and costly treatments, take heart. This book quotes scientific journals and is based not only on scientific studies and biochemistry but also on the experiences that Dr. Huggins has had with his MS patients over the last 33 years." (
  7. Abstracts of Steinman - (Available at Huggins website)
"Steinman was the researcher from Loma Linda University that discovered the fluid flow through the tooth that prevented/encouraged tooth decay depending upon which way it was going. Tooth decay is controlled by systemic conditions in the body, not foods eating holes in enamel. This information is held back from dental students today, for it shows that the tooth and body are connected in health/disease ways that go against traditional teaching practices. This booklet contains abstracts of over 60 publications detailing the endocrine functions that protect/prevent dental decay. Teeth are alive. Nutrients must be delivered, or death and enamel are subject to decay. Exciting news for those interested in "biological" aspects of the health of their teeth."
  8. Whole-Body Dentistry: A Complete Guide to Understanding the Impact of Dentistry on Total Health - By Mark A. Breiner, DDS (
"Did You Know That There is More to Dentistry Than Just Your Mouth? Most of us are familiar with the traditional mouth-only orientation of dentistry, which is focused on oral hygiene, fillings, and extractions. Whole-Body Dentistry represents a shift away from this traditional approach to dentistry and offers what some feel is a revolutionary view of dentistry one that recognizes that issues in the mouth can trigger seemingly unrelated physical illnesses.
Mark A. Breiner, DDS was an early proponent of the whole-body approach to dentistry. He wrote the original edition of Whole-Body Dentistry: Discover the Missing Piece to Better Health in 1999 with an introduction by Robert C. Atkins, MD. Dr. Breiner is now happy to offer a thoroughly updated and expanded edition, Whole-Body Dentistry: A Complete Guide to Understanding the Impact of Dentistry on Total Health with a foreword by cardiologist Stephen T. Sinatra, MD, author of Reverse Heart Disease Now. Dr. Breiner clearly explains the concepts in this comprehensive yet very readable guide and reference. Topics covered build upon each other and are crossed referenced throughout the book for clarity. This valuable information will help patients make better and more informed dental-treatment choices in order to achieve a higher level of health."
  9. Dental Infections, Oral & Systemic, (vol. 1) | Dental Infections & the Degenerative Diseases, (vol. 2) (1924) - By Weston A. Price, DDS, MS, FACD and founder and chairman of the National Dental Association which became the research department of the American Dental Association on its creation. "This book is rare if not impossible to find. But copies of it can be purchased at" (A-B--B-A)
    “(1174 pages, 2 volumes in 4 parts)
Volume 1: A Contribution to the pathology of dental infections, focal infections and the degenerative diseases (experimental basis). Includes 262 illustrations with 8 color illustrations and 261 charts
Volume 2: Researches on clinical expressions of dental infections. Includes 6 color illustrations."(
  10. Death and Dentistry - By Martin H. Fischer, MD (1940) (
"Paperback versions of it are available on eBay and Amazon. Knowledgeable authors on dentistry and most modern truthful dentistry books reference Price's opus and to a lesser extent Fischer's book probably because Fischer and his book didn't have the notoriety Price had. Fischer's book and Price's book are foundational to truthful dentistry. Fischer's book is the most comprehensive and important book on this list." (A-B--B-A)
