I was taking Wizner's word that Snowden had sworn an oath to the Constitution.

If he said it on Meet the Press then I think it happened.

That would be a different story and the whole thing may be moot.

I think Snowden did take the oath and felt what he was doing was against the 4th Amendment of the Constitution and therefor chose to become a sacrificial lamb to expose it.

Who would want to be in Snowden's shoes right now??? Not me!

But then again I would never take any anti-American citizen job like that with the federal government in the first place. IRS agents are another example.

But a few of them have had the guts to quit and speak out (Sherry Peel Jackson for instance).
