Jesus and his apostles spoke of a LITERAL, "Beginning"

A parable is a specific form of writing or speech, and is defined as such in scripture. Please help, Mike, to us find which of these verses describing, "the beginning", are parabolic, and which are meant to be plainly read and perceived?

"And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female," Matthew 19:4
