That is mistaken

understanding. If clean and unclean which have been separated from the beginning are now done away with then why does Paul and John still mention unclean well after those words were written?

2Co_6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

Rev_18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

If you go to the beginning of the chapter you mention then you will see that Paul is talking of vegetarians and their opposition to eating any meat.
