Stats on alcohol

I wonder if there is some sort of statistic on what the increase of alcohol related auto accidents after prohibition. I assume they only went up....

Marijuana proved to be the main drug involved in the increase, contributing to 12 percent of 2010 crashes compared with 4 percent in 1999.
The study authors also noted that the combined use of alcohol and marijuana dramatically increases a driver's risk of death.

I think there is not enough info to support this headline. It raises the question. How many accidents were caused directly to marijuana? Of these 12 percent was alcohol involved or how about the 4 percent in 1999?
