No, seriously....

We eat lots of cabbage. It is still one of the cheapest veg, and it is significantly more nutritious than stuff like iceberg and other lettuces. We've taken to using it for Asian-style salads and slaws. I love to eat it by the leaf, too, and it is good for digestion (especially if you make your own fermented sauerkraut). It also keeps fairly long, too.

What would the Founders do?
