Something to consider.

They are fracking at around 16,000 feet in this area. The train tracks run about 3 miles from my house and when it goes by it vibrates my house ever so slightly. That means that it is vibrating the fracked shale that is about the same distance down. The fracking grid covers many square miles. Do you see any possible future problems with this?

Of course we will not know in our lifetime but as long as the buck can be passed then why should they care?
