But if I used it they would just ban cell phones too. They've already done it in school zones.

My local DA candidate is against MJ legalization. I pointed out that it would save her office time and resources if they did not have to prosecute this. This person thought that "intoxicated" users would become the new burden. Seems like a lesser evil to me.

The attitude seems to be that if it's illegal it's bad. Therefore, if we make it legal it's good. If it's "good" everyone will do it and start driving like maniacs. That's how it works, right?
