So we should update the bible with Joshua instead of Jesus.. Although back then Yeshua may have said to people who spoke Greek just call me Iesus (Jesus). As far as I can tell the contribution of Jesus was a proposal about how to enlarge Judaism to include Gentiles. In Western history I would guess this proposal is notable because it gives rise to a notion of general moral equality, as opposed to favored castes. I think Muslims see Jesus in the vein of someone who reminds people not to be quick to be judgmental.
