You would be assuming they are intelligent and efficient enough to coordinate such a thing. The pat-down drones would need to know who you are and the timing would need to be perfect, luggage runs pretty quickly at airports.

I get patted down every time. I have only once out of more than a couple dozen times had someone in a "bad mood". I have had some eye-rolling and purposeful "taking their time" to try and get out of it. But, the actual process is usually pretty uneventful. I even had a few of the TSA guys tell me during the pat-down that they didn't blame me for not wanting to go through the cancer-scatter machines.
