I've been tossing a heaping teaspoon of turmeric on something I eat (almost) every day for about 5 years now. Like yourself, it has nothing to do with fluoride. I had digestive troubles and this was one of many natural supplements that I found while searching around the web. Now I don't have the digestive troubles but I still have the habit of tossing turmeric on stuff. It's almost an addiction. I feel a touch of distress when I see my supply is low. In that same time span I've felt like I have better cognitive skills, but I attributed it to having a lack of synthetic foods and fewer carbs in my diet. I never made any connection with my turmeric intake. This article has given me more food for thought (pun intended).
