Just like health insurance is not care. Internet service is not the internet.

If a company chooses to provide you access to the internet through their servers then they should retain full rights to restrict or throttle that service.

Luckily for most of us we have more choices for ISP than just the cable company. We've got Satellite, DSL, cellular, city-wide services, etc.

The more an ISP tries to throttle and limit its customers then more options you will see pop up.

Don't forget that you want access to what they as a company own. If it were your company would you not want to control what passes through your system?
