The Kahre case -- a heartbreaker.

Kahre was tried twice for essentially the same "crime." The first jury acquitted him. So the IRS trumped up some new charges for the same issue, and picked themselves a more "reasonable" jury. And Kahre went to jail. So much for jury nullification, in the real world.
