The Hugh Jackman's character versus John Travolta's.

"If you could cure all of the worlds diseases, but to do so you had to kill 1 innocent child. Would you do it?"

Also, the Rorschach/Kovac versus the Ozymandias/Adrian Veidt (and Dr. Manhattan.)

Rorschach refuses to go along with Ozymandias' plot, even when it means certain death to himself. Veidt argues the ends justifies the means, and calls his plan "peace. nonetheless." Kovac, on the other hand, says "never compromise. Not even in the face of Armageddon."

I am with Kovac. When presented with an unavoidable accident then the program should not steer the wheel at all.
