If they followed the law, instead of the president, CONSISTENTLY

that might even be a good thing.

But of course they break the law all the time when the president asks, except here when it would actually be the right thing to do.

And in any case of course they got the word that they are supposed to ignore the white house on this from the white house itself.

Now it's stupid for the DEA to go along because it makes Obama look good and them look bad. If the DEA ever does get shuttered (good thing) it will be because they didn't protect their own rears on things like this. Not that I will feel bad about them.
