It's merely to say that those who view their libertarianism as a system of moral absolutes, must regard the consequences of those absolutes as also being morally justified. The contrast is just to show that the person who died by being physically weaker, 10k years ago, and the person who either dies or can't survive because he's stupid, are both dead or screwed. The system that rewards brains and punishes stupidity is not inherently more moral than the one that rewarded strength over weakness. It just works better for more people. Starving to death because you're stupid isn't any more fun than getting beaten to death because you're weak.
