(See in situ)

capitalism IS socialism. As long as we allow a "collective" to determine what has value and what we use to exchange goods and services from individuals we're practicing at least a limited form of socialism.

The problem I see with all these ideologies (libertarianism included) is that they're built upon the existing paradigm. The rules of this paradigm guarantee that there will always be a few dominating the many. If we were totally libertarian in our approach the self-proclaimed "elites" would still be able to manipulate the masses through their unrivaled capital/network/influence.

The ENTIRE social/economic/political system needs to restart from scratch. making slight changes from one ideology within the paradigm to another won't make any lasting difference... maybe buy us (them) another decade.

At their inceptions, the #Liberty, #OccupyWallStreet and #TeaParty movements all had the same basic goal... What happened?
