3 - 5 glasses of juice per day

It is best if you have a guidebook. My favorite is this one, by Paavo Airola. It is the one that introduced me to the concept, so I'm biased.

As much as possible, stick to vegetable juices, with a little bit of fruit, preferably apple. What I have is:

- Carrot
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Kale
- Apple
- Lemon

That is a beautiful juice. Samantha and I drink that every morning. A masticating juicer is better than a centrifugal juicer.

Drink one for each meal that you would normally have. You might feel hungry - then feel free to have more. Drink plenty of water, too.
