How is the diet going?
The first thing that was ever really effective for me was the South Beach Diet. I never knew about the "carbohydrate switch" and suffered from it pretty much my entire life: Eating simple carbs that only made me hungrier. That was a big breakthrough for me in 2006 or so.
Then after I read Wheat Belly, I pretty much put wheat to bed, and I've been slowly taking off weight.
I'm kind of stuck on a plateau now, which is why I'm on the juice fast. Plus it just makes me feel great!
