Some reasonable questions

1. If the POLICE STATE doesn't want people taking pictures of mundane infrastructure, why is ART on infrastructure even permitted?
2. If these agencies truly exist in order to minimize the terrorist threat, would it not serve them better to require that all infrastructure be painted a drab gray (Soviet Union Style) to minimize the potential chaos that would be associated with drawing in potential photographers?
3. Isn’t it far more plausible that they use this (specification oversight) as a lure to get people to take pictures in order to justify their interaction with the public and therefore perpetuate their own pathetic existence?
4. If they are knowingly drawing people to these monuments, who then are the alphabet agencies really protecting other than the manufacturers of the massive amount of gear and support machinery that makes their jobs possible?
