Is the name of the brush you guys are looking for. I've been doing this for years. It works, but you still need to go over each potato and get the rest of the eyes and rot spots. 1 minute turns back into 10 minutes, and if you're good at peeling, 10 minutes for a bag is the norm. Unless you don't factor in the time for setup for the drill/brush/bucket(and going somewhere that you can spill water without worrying about cleanup), then this can take longer. That's why I only do it, if I need to peel a LOT of potatoes, like a big family gathering.
Anyways, just had to add that. Most of these how-to videos call it a toilet brush(which is one of the bottle brush packages that you can buy, and sometimes the best price).
