What you are asking is, "Would he make a GOOD president?"
Government is NOT a business, and should NOT be run like one.
It should be conducted with the utmost caution for overstepping authority and the utmost respect for the inalienable rights of the individual - the ONLY reason such power is ever conferred upon anyone in the form of 'government.'
What you need to make a good President is someone who understands this inside and out. You want a diplomat - not a CEO. You want someone cautious and thoughtful, not "can do."
You need someone who understands that they are the Executive of a Union of States, and that the spehere of power vested at that level of government is not only very limited and defined, but should ALWAYS be exercised in that context. As President, you are NOT 'in charge of' or 'responsible for' every man, woman and child in every State.
