You sir are right now I find I have another issue ...

The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one

By my math with 315 million people in the U.S.
there should be over 10 000 Representative in the house alone.

Am i to understand since we have around 500 members of the house that each member represents about 700 000 people

It seems we are not following the Constitution here for the correct allocation of representative in the house.

Did I miss something ?
