Comment: Constitutional Question

Constitutional Question

Has anyone else been unable to find Constitutional authority for the U.S. government to control immigration? Article 1 Section 8 clearly states the feds have the authority to set the naturalization rules. These are the rules governing how one becomes a citizen once in the U.S. This does not necessarily give the feds control of immigration. This omission and the 10th Amendment pretty much points to immigration policy being a State power.

Am I reading too much into this?
